Download Element

Open Element and select CREATE ACCOUNT

Select FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Click EDIT to change the server name

Enter matrix.federalchat.com and click CONFIRM

Create a USERNAME and PASSWORD and click NEXT

Click PERSONALISE PROFILE

Write your display name. It could be your first name or your full name.

Add a picture if you want or simply click SKIP THIS STEP

Click LET'S GO

Click the green icon on the bottom right corner

Click START CHAT

Search by inmate ID number or name, select your loved one and start a conversation!
